A Los Angels Police Chief caught DUI

Mr. Baker's blood alcohol level, according to court documents, was almost two and a half times the legal limit -- and that result was rendered two hours after the accident. His apparently slurred remark to the arresting officer -- that he had downed a couple of beers -- is highly dubious. With a blood alcohol level of .19 (Virginia's legal limit is .08), Mr. Baker would have had to have had much, much more to drink than a couple of beers. (According to standard charts, a man of Mr. Baker's weight, 210 pounds, would need 10 drinks to reach a blood alcohol level of .19.) So on top of getting behind the wheel in an impaired state, and then, after the accident, failing a battery of sobriety tests, Mr. Baker seems to have lied to the cops, said Michael Bialys, Los Angeles DUI lawyer.

Aw, this was an exceptionally good post. Taking a few minutes and actual effort to produce a superb article… but what can
I say… I put things off a lot and don't manage to get nearly anything done.
